The key to a good matcha is to have the right bowl and the right whisk. You shouldn't fill the bowl all the way up because you can't achieve the foam effect. The foam allows you to get rid of the powdery feel. The amount of matcha is also crucial, make sure you don't add too much, I would say a quarter of a teaspoon is enough for one serving. One thing that disappointed me about this bowl is the fact that this bowl was made by daiso, I discovered this after taking their promotional sticker off and finding the daiso sticker underneath. I didn't like that they bought this bowl from a company and resold it as their own.
